Today is really happy, because we have overcome a difficult situation. Finally, a single set of meditation can be opened for an hour to see the time. More than two months ago, we had to watch the time several times in half an hour. After coming back from Shanghai, he made up his mind to overcome the difficulties and set higher demands on himself. As long as you make up your mind, you can do it. It's really so. It's very important. In the morning, he remembered the teacher's compassion, and tears of excitement came down again. When laying eggs at night, I always think of the teacher's saying that a lot of perseverance in life will be broken by nature. Fame and wealth, right and wrong, children's love, have to go beyond... Everyone can practice. At last, if you realize something. We come into this world and all karma serves for awakening. Worry is Bodhi, and I suddenly understand why there are rich and poor, noble and humble, beautiful and ugly, good and evil. This is the awakening of all sentient beings by the various causes of Tao's transformation. It is just that all living beings do not understand the reason and live in ignorance. Therefore, the benevolence of the great road asks Bodhisattva to light a bright light. All living beings who really pursue light (or those who are mature due to karma) will follow this lamp and eventually lead to liberation.

Buddha said that there are no sentient beings to measure, because the way of liberation has to rely on their own achievements. Buddha said that all beings are equal, which also means that everyone has Buddha nature. The teacher said: "everyone has his baby, but he doesn't know how to fix it." He tells himself that he should try his best to practice and find the true treasure inside, so as to light a lamp of heart for the release of all living beings.

Is it because of the lack of trust and indifference? Strangers open their hearts to help each other in the face of natural disasters, and the disaster has produced many touching deeds. Does this ice disaster wake up the flame of love never extinguished in people's hearts? I am glad for the warm beating of the flame, and I see the hope of the maturity of all sentient beings!

This is the spring when the ice begins to melt!

If you look at the manifestation of natural disasters and man-made disasters in recent years, how can it be said that Tao is merciful! Is to awaken the world, let people wake up, no more industry! Learn to melt the ice of heart with great heat and love, let the sun rise in the heart! In the process of undertaking and experiencing, people will reflect on themselves and release their anger, impatience and obstruction.... The way of heaven is merciful, the way is merciful! All phenomena have positive significance! If we can understand the two sides of the unity of all things, we will jump out of all phenomena, and no longer worry about it! Like the Bodhisattva guanzizi, in the prajnaparami, he can continuously and deeply observe all things, and see that the five universes are empty, so as to overcome all hardships.

Last night, I talked with master for a long time and solved some doubts in my heart. Some questions have no answers because it's not time to answer them. Just like you are a junior high school student, naturally can not solve the problem of senior high school students, when reading high school, the answer to the question will naturally have. Some questions can be found in the happy verse. Also understand a thing, for the answer to the question, the best to solve it yourself, not after the teacher has taught you to ask. If it's just a question, it will lose the ability to answer. Master's stick made me understand that I was too greedy. I always want good things, but I still have a lot of good things on hand. Isn't that a waste? It is also a kind of disrespect for Tao. Think of Jingxin said: Master's words are enough for me for a long time. I feel ashamed and sad because of the great progress made by a few phone calls. Although there is no sense of disrespect for teachers, behavior has caused this result. In the future, when you encounter a problem, don't ask the master easily. Write down the question. After a period of time, you can look back to see whether the problem is a problem or not. If it is not, it means that the answer to the problem has been found. If you have any more, you can ask the teacher's father again. Only in this way can we adjust our true confidence and grow up. This is just like if a child does not do things by himself, and his mother will always do it for him, then the child will never grow up and need to be cared for by others, and he will not be a useful material.

The teacher said yesterday that there are so many problems, but also because they do not reach to the letter, not to the letter will cause lack of determination. When you reach Zhixin, all the problems are not problems. Just go along this road. Because if you don't get the letter, you'll doubt the road now, right? Is it right to walk here? There will be all kinds of doubts. In fact, just work hard, because of your efforts, master will not let everyone deviate from the right track, and those so-called problems are redundant.

How to achieve Zhixin? Let go of all the worries and doubts in your heart, just take every step, and you will naturally reach the realm of faith. Because some worries are superfluous, and problems will not appear because of worry, and will not be solved because of worry. Doubt is not a problem. With the deepening of practice, doubts are not doubts at a certain time. If you really have doubts that can't be solved, master will naturally generate some karma to help you solve them.

If you learn to cherish the Buddha's teachings, you will regard practice as important as life, and a smooth road will be in front of you.

Let go of obstacles and break the rules

During this period, the phenomenon of laying eggs and hitting sleepiness bothered me. I think it may be the reason for less sleep time, but the effect of increasing sleep time is still not good. One day, I met master on the Internet. I talked about my efforts and achievements during this period of time, and told master my confusion. Master said to put aside the obstacles, and immediately seemed to find the answer to the question. Because I'm worried about not getting enough sleep, there's really not enough sleep. I have to try to break my routine and let go of my concerns.

One day after another, the time pointed to 12 o'clock in the night, my homework was all finished, and I was not sleepy. Instead of going to bed as usual, I read the happy verse and read a translation of Zhuangzi. Because of not closing the bedroom door, the mosquito bites the place to wake up, get up and paint toilet water can't sleep. Then get up. It's about five o'clock. A few minutes after sitting down, the bell of Baolin Temple faintly rang. This is the first time to hear the bell of Baolin temple. After living around the temple for more than two years, I wonder when the monks will get up. The bell in the morning means the beginning of the day. Yeah, it's great at the end of the day. Of course, I get less sleep at noon. Last night, I was thinking about how to write down the events of the day in my mind. I put my feelings on the forum and acted when I thought of it. So the hour hand pointed to 2 o'clock. I got up at six o'clock in the morning. I still didn't sleep in meditation. What I was thinking about was how to write this article well. It can be seen that when you forget yourself, your spirit will work automatically, so that you will not be tired and full of confidence. However, last night, I was dissatisfied with myself because I agreed to go to the chat room with elder martial sister Changxi in the evening (Friday party), but I didn't go because my son watched the animation. When we say that we should do it in everything, we should not only pay attention to the big things but ignore the small things.

There is nothing to write here, but I would like to share two verses with you. I asked Shifu what to do if he had delusions in meditation? Teacher's words: to break away from delusion and increase disease again, it is also evil to move towards truth. I understand that we should let it go, so even though there are miscellaneous thoughts in meditation, I don't care about him. If he comes, he will leave. If he is suppressed, it will only bring greater impact, and it will be like a mountain torrent. Because it is in the Tao of the whole, the thoughts that arise in my heart are also comprehending the Tao of the whole, so I let go of the miscellaneous thoughts. With the deepening of practice, I believe that there will be less and less miscellaneous thoughts. The other is that master asked why Buddhist believers commit suicide? It's so wise and clever to believe in the true Buddha, the true Buddha, the false Buddha.

The master also said that Bodhisattva is trained by great compassion. Every cell in his body is merciful and merciful. What can be pinched from him, his ingredients are great mercy!

Master is like this, through telling stories, let me understand a lot of truth. Through the stories of the sea, the sky, the air and the earth, I learned that the truly powerful people, the truly high-level people, never say that they are big, never show off themselves, never be complacent, never fight with others, They are so selfless and modest. Their hearts contain everything like emptiness. They contain limitless introspection and infinite humility. They are like loving mothers. They take care of all living creatures. They offer silently. They purify the world. They sprinkle the endless spring and Bodhi manna on the earth and raise people and all things

Master told me, you see the red sun, fortunately it is priceless, not someone's. If someone's is broken, if you are not happy, you will shine on it for seven days and seven nights. If you are not happy, you will be miserable in the world if you don't come out for several months. It is precisely because the sun has no selfish intention, it will selflessly sprinkle the light on the world. Never tell which is good, I will shine which is not good. The sun has nothing to lose, you are willing to hide it and stay in the corner It is not sad; you are happy to stand in the sun, it is still so along with the fate... Dark clouds cover it, it will not be sad, because cloudy days and sunny days are good... Every day sunny particles do not receive... The sun follows the natural law of the road, no me, no it, no gain, no loss, with fate

Master said, "look, the sun's heat and light can melt icebergs for thousands of years.". The heart of the heat, love is still small, can only be like firewood, send out limited light and heat... I would like to be like the sun! We should develop the inner love, open the iceberg, and melt the iceberg of hostility! I wish my heart is like soft water, water can also hold mountains, and I wish all the icebergs of soul melt, so that the mind and the soul connect, so that the water and water really melt together! Let the soul be harmonious and beautiful! Harmonious society!

Master told me not to be afraid. Just open your stomach to eat. Don't be afraid of dust and dirt. Don't be afraid to face those bad phenomena. Everything is to help Daoyuan! We should learn to use all causes reasonably. Look at the sea, never distinguish which inflow of water is clear water, which inflow of water is pure water, just open your mother's mind to accommodate everything! The sea never thought of its size, but made it big. Let go of your heart and love! The accommodation of body and mind is a wonderful furnace of highly automatic purification! Don't worry, don't be afraid, just like the body will automatically absorb nutrients, need automatic absorption, useless natural discharge from the body... So I just open heart, open courage, only willing to use all body and mind to understand everything, accept everything, transform everything, purify everything... The people who come from all over the sea are the source of people's life and so on

I told my master that I wanted to understand the Tao so much! Also want to develop energy, good to benefit the world! Master taught me to stop at the highest good. Otherwise, there will be resentment in the heart. If you have energy, you will hurt people, and you may even become angry. I firmly remember and truly realize that if you can't let go of selfishness, heaven and earth will not trust you to use the energy of heaven and earth, which will harm all living beings... Master's analogy, if the energy is like the sea, but your heart is still so small, and only as small as the pond, the Tao has no intention, everything goes with the fate, then what you can inject into you is only as little water as the pond If you want to understand the road, your heart must be as deep and broad as the sea, so that you can hold the road

Master, I'm slow in progress? I asked anxiously if I wasn't progressive enough? The master said, "look, the pond is very small, and the water will fill up soon.". Now your container is getting bigger and bigger. Every meter of water surface seems to be very slow, but the capacity is very large

Master often said that the modest people are blessed... The truth is not empty... Only when we seek Tao with an open mind, can we have the manifestation of the Tao, and point directly to the people's heart

The drop of the Three Gorges hydropower station can be seen only when the potential energy is changed into kinetic energy

Master, what is the gap in practice? Master said, move down... The road follows the fate, the Tao has no intention, everything follows the fate. The modest and the modest seek the Tao are like the mouth of a vessel. If the mouth of the vessel is willing to be placed at a low position, the wisdom of the road will be poured into it. Otherwise, if you have little gain, you will be proud and complacent, and the water of the road will go around him for a long time. Truth and wisdom, blessed and virtuous, will be obtained.

Master taught us to build a dam well, lay a good foundation, and mend even minor loopholes with the help of life. Just like the Three Gorges Dam, it must stand the test before it can store water and generate electricity in the future.

In this way, with the help of nature and life, Tao's wisdom evolves one true story after another, arousing people's minds, breaking the mystery and opening the fog. No matter what religion or sect they start from, what they want to understand is the road of truth. Tao is the root of all religions. Dharma is branch and leaf, and Tao is fundamental.

In the world, anything can be false, only wisdom can not! Thank you so much for your kindness and instruction! I hope everyone can hear Dharma and be happy and free!

The sea water is also so along with the fate. No matter what kind of boat you cross, it will show different buoyancy according to the weight of the boat (Buddhist theory). After the ship is over, it is still like that.

Whether it is light or sea water, they are naturally with fate, is with the Tao, not with people.

One day, Shifu said, "Yuan Yin Guang wears a needle every day and takes a needle to practice patience." "when JIAYE sees the Buddha, he will know his mind in seven days. The reason has no interference, so we recognize + true. "

I know that I shouldn't be in a hurry, but the beauty of Tao has attracted me so much that I often feel anxious. One day, I called to ask for a way. Master said that I was washing my feet and standing on tiptoe to listen to your phone. Is it hard for me? I understand the voice of xuanwai. I'm so ashamed to think about that time when I just knew something, I was eager to run forward and couldn't walk steadily. Isn't this just walking and standing on tiptoe? In order to make me walk steadily, Shifu often corrects my impatience. He says that if you walk on two legs, if you take a big step on your right foot and a small step on your left foot, don't you twist it? You have to keep pace to walk comfortably! "Measure the sky ruler" to walk the world in small steps, but it is difficult to make long strides Laozi said: if an enterprise is not established, it is impossible to cross it. It's like playing the piano. The strings are too tight and too loose to play harmonious music In this way, whenever I am in a hurry, my master always uses the principle of nature to adjust me so that I can be harmonious and natural. Today, he asked me to practice patience through needle recognition to make me stable? Rice seedlings in a hurry can not grow fruit, to follow the natural growth step by step is not stable? It's so wonderful for our ancestors to make Chinese characters! Shifu said that we should be serious in everything, so I'll seriously thread the needle.

After collecting ten needles of different lengths and sizes, I cut ten threads of different colors at random, and I began to thread the needles carefully. First, carefully straighten and twist the soft wool on the thread head, and align it with the eye of the needle to get through it. For a good lead with a large pinhole, as long as you are careful and careful, you can get through the thread smoothly and wear it. During this period of time, some feelings that were not very clear in my mind began to run out

If the eye of the needle is compared with the amount of human mind, and the recognition of the needle is regarded as the enlightenment, then the person with a large amount of heart is good at understanding the Tao? As long as you have a heart of seeking Tao, you can also understand Tao if you train yourself seriously! Isn't the scattered fur on the end of the thread like a bad problem on us? If we are willing to twist the thread, we can understand the truth with a single effort! What's more, if you want to be able to lead the wire, you have to be right at the eye of the needle. Isn't that to understand Tao, you need to know the direction? Or it's like a blind person recognizing a needle!

How many of these ten randomly cut colored lines look like different cultivation methods? No matter what kind of Dharma people start to practice, they should correct their own shortcomings, do not cling to them, adjust their body and mind more and more in line with the Tao and nature. It's like taking a needle with a knot on the end of the thread. How can you recognize it? You have to cut off the pimple to recognize the needle! No matter which door you take to practice, as long as you keep your mind on the Tao, cut off the Dharma you cling to, and readjust the direction of progress with the boundless scientific and authentic Dharma, you can also understand the Tao!

Recognizing the needle, so many thoughts emerge in the sea, as if to connect the feelings of this period of time, and gradually clear up Because of my joy, when I recognized the needle later, I felt a little tired. I didn't just want to = = why should I "think" so much? Look at this "think", hold on to the heart of phase. Is it not easy to be paranoid again? If only I didn't want anything No, I don't want to do anything. I just want to play with emptiness. Isn't it true that you have not broken the root of emptiness? There should be no place to live! With the fate of fate, free meditation. Just recognize the needle freely, and the thoughts in my mind will be born and gone. I will not cling to it. After that, I will not be greedy for it. If I do not cling to color, will color not be empty? If we cling to the emptiness blindly, then the emptiness is also color...

Serious work will be the unity of mind and spirit. Isn't the moment when money goes through the eye of a needle that heart, needle and thread are integrated? Conscientiousness can eliminate all interference. No matter writing articles, practicing martial arts, running calligraphy, painting and playing the piano, 72 lines, in which line do you work seriously? All of them are practicing to eliminate interference. They are practicing "concentration" and "concentration". We should have a good understanding of how wonderful these two words are. It is to teach people how to practice real skills in daily life! Then, with the help of all kinds of training in daily life, people from all walks of life can train our air, gather our spirit, experience sublimation, enter the realm, and forget me! It turns out that there is Tao in all walks of life, and it can help people to understand the Tao. Heaven and earth are so merciful!!!

Some relatives died, I had to go to see him off, but also hard to head down quickly to take a peek. I'm afraid of walking at night. I always scare myself.

The first time I would like to go to the mountain to ask for a seat. We sat around. After a while, I heard master come into the room to adjust the frequency of the TV station. I thought that master was a Taoist. He would not do anything in vain. There was no chance that he would come to the Taoist temple. I should cherish every opportunity. I think master is not simply adjusting the channel. He must also be adjusting the frequency of all of us. I want to keep up with the frequency of heart adjustment and keep pace with it! As soon as I realized this, master stopped the frequency modulation and went out. After a while, I saw elder martial sister Jingxin go downstairs. I think it must be that elder martial sister Jingxin realized something, so she went to the yard smartly. I couldn't understand anything. Then I should meditate honestly. Other people are also meditating.

After a while, my mother asked me to come out quietly. She told me to go to the graveyard to find him and walk along the river to find him. I was a little afraid, but I thought that this is the lesson that master gave me, I want to do it well! Seeing my fear, my mother said that your master had already been waiting for you.
